Artea Life Insurance (formerly SB Draudimas, previously Bonum Publicum) is a life insurance company that has been successfully operating in Lithuania since 2000. The company offers a range of life insurance services designed to ensure financial security.
In 2023, Šiaulių Bankas, the largest Lithuanian-owned bank (now Artea Bankas), and Invalda INVL, the leading asset management group in the Baltic States, completed the merger of part of their retail businesses. After the merger, Artea took over all insurance contracts of INVL Life and INVL Asset Management.
Artea Asset Management manages second and third pillar pension and investment funds in Lithuania.
