Profits that would have been earned;<\/li>\n<li><b>Fixed costs<\/b>.\u00a0Operating expenses and other costs still being incurred by the property;<\/li>\n<li><b>Temporary location<\/b>. Some policies cover the extra expenses for moving to, and operating from, a temporary location.<\/li>\n<li><b>Extra expenses<\/b>.
