The company continuously improves its services,\u00a0 offers new solutions for corporate customers and private individuals.<\/p>\n<p>Insurance risk assumed by SEB Life and <a href=\"https:\/\/fillix.lt\/en\/employee-benefits\/\">Pension<\/a> Baltic SE Lithuanian branch under the newly signed agreements since 1 January 2014 is reinsured with the global reinsurance company &#8220;Gen Re&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>In 1999, the company started its business as a subsidiary of AB Vilniaus bankas as <em>VB gyvyb\u0117s draudimas<\/em>. In 2005, the company changed its name to <em>SEB VB gyvyb\u0117s draudimas<\/em>. In 2010, seeking to optimise the activities of international financial group SEB, the shares of <em>SEB gyvyb\u0117s draudimas<\/em> were transferred by AB SEB bankas to <em>SEB Trygg Liv Holding AB<\/em>, a member of the SEB Group offering the life insurance services, which currently is a holder of 100 percent of shares of <em>SEB gyvyb\u0117s
