“SB draudimas” is a Life insurance company, Lithuanian capital enterprise, founded in 2000.
In 2023 Šiaulių bankas and the investment management and life insurance group “Invalda INVL” have merged part of their retail businesses, including the life insurance business. The joint team continues to provide life insurance services under the name of “SB insurance” not only in Lithuania, but also in Latvia and Estonia.
